The Association for Public Economic Theory (APET) is pleased to announce that it will hold its Tenth international meeting in Galway, Ireland on June 17-20th (beginning with a welcoming reception on the evening of June 17th). The event is being organized under the leadership of Ashley Piggins (National University of Ireland, Galway) and Brendan Kennelly (National University of Ireland, Galway). Further details will appear on www.apet.org as they become available.
The main purposes of the Association for Public Economic Theory (APET), the association of the Journal of Public Economic Theory, are to promote public economic theory generally and to foster interaction between theorists, applied and empirical researchers in public economics and related fields. The organizers will therefore welcome papers in all areas of economic theory and of public economics (broadly defined).
